What you share with us
When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, project address, service choices, description, photos and supporting files you submit. The form also records your SMS selection and how you found us.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your project, prepare and discuss an estimate, contact you and arrange requested services. Please avoid uploading sensitive documents or information unrelated to your project.
Delivery and service providers
Your submission and attachments are sent to our business Gmail inbox using Google’s Gmail API. Our website hosting and database providers process the request and delivery metadata needed to run the form. We do not sell the information you provide through this form.
The business Google connection
The website’s Google connection is authorized by GG Handyman for its own business account. It sends quote notifications to the business inbox. Customers do not need to connect a Google account or give us access to their email.
Delivery records and abuse prevention
We keep a request reference, delivery status and a hashed network identifier to help prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse. Project details and attachments are delivered by email rather than offered as public website downloads.
